Turner, Kikuchi, Janson, Garcia, Kiermeier... Guerrero and Vissette will go together for now

Toronto Blue Jays are expected to clear a large number of veteran players by the trade deadline on July 31 (Korea Standard Time).먹튀검증

According to USA Today's Bob Nightingale, Toronto decided to trade starter Yusei Kikuchi, catcher Danny Jansen, reliever Lee Mi Garcia, designated hitter Justin Turner and outfielder Kevin Kiermeier if the cards fit.

Nightingale added, however, that Toronto has decided not to sell Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bobichet.

Garcia made five saves and 37 strikeouts in 27 appearances over 28 innings this season, posting a 2.57 ERA. However, on June 18, he was placed on the injured list due to ulnar nerve inflammation in his right elbow. He will become a free agent after this season.

Turner lost strength. He is okay with batting average of 0.251, but he has only five home runs. His slugging percentage of 0.379 is his worst since 2011, the first full-time season of the big league.

But his leadership and clubhouse presence may be attractive enough in the trade market.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Dodgers reportedly gave up its bid to recruit Vissett through a trade. Miguel Rojas, who has been making solid plays, is completing Mookie Betts' vacancy.
